What is JAWD?+
JAWD is a progressive silicone jaw trainer. One food-grade silicone exerciser in three resistance levels: Cobalt 30 lb, Ember 50 lb and Onyx 60 lb, for a short daily bite-training routine.
How does it work?+
Place the bite surfaces between the upper and lower teeth as shown in the product instructions. Close in a controlled motion to compress the silicone, then release fully.
Which level should I choose?+
Start with Cobalt (30 lb) if you are new to resistance tools, move to Ember (50 lb) when it feels easy, and finish on Onyx (60 lb). The Complete Set has all three for ₹1,599 instead of ₹1,797.
What comes in the box?+
Each level ships sealed with one silicone exerciser, a cotton pouch and a metal can. The Complete Set is all three sealed levels in one box.
How do I clean it?+
Rinse before first use and after every session. Let it dry completely before returning it to the cotton pouch and metal can.
Is shipping free, and how do I pay?+
Standard shipping across India is free when you pay online at checkout. Cash on delivery is available anywhere JAWD ships for a ₹49 COD fee, shown at checkout before you confirm.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Email jawd@upsurge.io within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We arrange the return pickup at our cost and send a replacement or a full refund. Opened or used units cannot be returned for a change of mind, because JAWD is an oral-use product.
Is this a medical device?+
No. JAWD is a fitness accessory, not a medical treatment. Do not use it if you have jaw, dental, or TMJ concerns without professional guidance.
