Where we ship
We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. We do not ship outside India.
Shipping cost & payment
Standard shipping across India is free. You can choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives, or pay online. The final amount and the available payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Dispatch
Orders are packed in Bengaluru and handed to a courier partner, such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees or DTDC, booked through Shiprocket. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Delivery dates are estimates. Delays may occur because of address issues, weather, carrier capacity, public events, remote locations, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, the courier tracking details are shared with you. You can also write to jawd@upsurge.io with your order number for an update.
Delivery problems
Please provide a complete address and a working phone number. If your pincode cannot be served or a delivery attempt fails, we contact you to sort it out. If a package arrives damaged, tampered with, incomplete or incorrect, see our Refund & Returns policy.
